I am a trainee Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and a member of the BABCP, with over 14 years of experience working in mental health as an Assistant Psychologist across the NHS and Local Authority settings. My work has primarily focused on supporting children, young people, and families, including individuals with Special Educational Needs and those within the neurodivergent population.
I am trained and experienced in administering and co-delivering the ADOS-2 assessment in clinical practice and have also supported adults through the NHS Smoking Cessation Service.
I am committed to maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards, adhering strictly to clinical policies and procedures, including confidentiality and safeguarding. I actively engage in Continued Professional Development and regular clinical supervision to ensure best practice and the delivery of evidence-based, person-centred care.
